of high tech in EC and in Ukraine in the framework of Lisbon
minutes;
- Development of effective system of management and ways
of science capitalization;
- Development of system of results estimation of scientific,
technical and innovation activities in Ukraine, UIS and
EC countries;
- Progress in harmonization of legislation for protection
of intellectual property in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and
EC countries;
- Experience of two-sides cooperation for scientific, technological
and innovation activities for Ukraine - Russia, Ukraine
– Poland and Ukraine – Germany;
- Stages of participation of Ukraine, Russia and other
UI countries into common research field of Europe (ERA)
Organizing Committee of ICPLC 2005 has a pleasure to invite

Official language of the Conference will be English.
Organization fee (36 Euro) is waiting at bank counters (in
Euro and Rubles) which were presented on the Conference web-sites.
Comfortable 2- beds and 1- bed rooms on shore on Black Sea
with meal and price 25 - 40 Euro per night will be prepared
for participants.
Conference buses will be waiting for participants on Simferopol
railway station place and Simferopol airport morning 28.09.05.
